Returns and Refunds

trustworthgoods.com does not sell products and cannot process a return or issue a refund. We are a review site. Every order is placed on the merchant’s own store, charged by the merchant, shipped by the merchant, and refunded by the merchant.
If you are looking for a refund, you need the merchant, not us. We can point you in the right direction, and that is the honest limit of what we can do.
How to start a return
- Find the order confirmation email the merchant sent you. It carries the order number and their support address.
- Contact that support address and quote the order number.
- Ask for the return instructions before you send anything back. Returns sent without authorisation are commonly refused.
- Keep the tracking number of the return shipment until the refund lands.
Guarantee periods we mention in reviews
When a review says a product has a money back guarantee, that is the merchant’s guarantee, taken from the merchant’s own page on the day we wrote it. The count usually starts on the delivery date, and the exact terms, including who pays return shipping, are published on the merchant’s store and confirmed at checkout.
Guarantee terms change. The terms at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
If a merchant will not honour their own policy
Tell us. We cannot force a refund, but we can stop recommending a merchant that does not stand behind what it publishes, and that is the strongest thing a review site can actually do.
