Before you write, one thing that saves you time

If your message is about an order, we are the wrong address. trustworthgoods.com is a review site. We do not sell, charge, ship, or refund anything. We never see your order, your payment or your address.

For anything about an order you placed, contact the merchant using the support address in your order confirmation email, and quote your order number. See Returns and Refunds.

What we can actually help with

• A price or a detail on this site is wrong or out of date. Tell us which page and we fix it. This is the most useful message we get.
• A merchant is not honouring their published policy. We cannot force a refund, but we can stop recommending them.
• Something on the site is broken. A link that goes nowhere, a page that will not load.
• Press, partnership or a product you want reviewed.

We use what you write only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone. See our Privacy Policy.
